      Comments:

I saw it in USA,bought it for me here in Germany, shipped it here and added front and head lights with a dynamo inside front hub, solid stand, a Lepper Primus seat and luggage carrier and use it for all possible tours e.g. last sept. 300 km within 4 days along river Rhine from Switzerland to the north. I'm 1.79 m tall and feel very comfortable on long and short rides in my city area (Dusseldorf). At last I added SPD pedals and am still more content. A GOOD deal!

I love hopping on my bicycle and cruising all over town. I have had my retro 7 for four years. I have not had one problem with any of the components and it is very comfortable to ride. Has a cadillac feel and look. Looking for a good bicycle, look no further.

IF YOU ARE OVER 6FT TALL AND FEEL YOU DWARF THE AVERAGE BIKE YOU RIDE.THIS WOULD BE A BIKE TO TRY.ITS NOT A MOUNTAIN BIKE ITS A COMFORT CRUISER.I ADDED A SHOCK TO THE SEAT AND A LANCE ARMSTRONG SEAT AND IT RIDES SMOOTH.WE HAVE TRAILS WHERE I LIVE AND I AVERAGE ABOUT 19 MILES A DAY.THIS IS NOT A FAST OR OFF ROAD BIKE.I RIDE TO THE STORES,CHURCH,YMCA.ANYWHERE YOUD DRIVE A CAR.I LIKED IT SO MUCH I BOUGHT A WOMANS STYLE FOR MY WIFE.HERS HAS THE SPRINGER FRONT FORK AND THE SHOCK UNDER THE SEAT.

Don't Buy This Bike - Problems

        Comments:

I would not purchase this bicycle unless you are using it for very short rides, one mile or less. Reliability has been very poor on longer rides. Parts come loose, parts break off and fall on the ground, etc. This bicycle requires that you carry a shopload of tools to make all neceessary repairs on the road and is in need of constant TLC to keep it operating properly. If you are using it for occassional trips to the local park or supermarket, it should be fine.
